Yes, the concept is unusual, but in reality it makes all the sense in the world. From a simple painting concept in southeast MI, to a remodeling company we have grown. Then our very own, full time painters finish t with paint, stain or other coatings to serve as a one stop shop for residentila and commercial clients in Metro Detroit.

We have been paid many compliments over the years but none so poignant as the the one I heard about month ago. It actually sounded like a backhanded compliment, until I realized just how important it was to thrive on this very concept. My Client said ” you Know, you guys really don’t do anything so special, But you show up on time, keep me informed of changes, do quality work, and finish before your deadlines, and that is all anybody really wants.”  She elaborated slightly saying that she knows when something doesn’t go perfectly that it will be fixed perfect, because we do what we say we will do, etc.

Now s much as my ego wants to think we do provide a higher quality of work, and we somehow are special, In reality everything that is important to most people, is summed up in that sentence. Truthfully, what she is saying is that our customer service is second to none, which does make us special! Now that is good enough for me.
