I was asked recently by someone I respect very much, are you a painting company that does remodeling, or a remodeling company that does painting? His point was of course do we as a company have a clear identity. He is not only a friend to me, but a client and a successful business owner here in Metro Detroit. So, I carefully considered his question, and decided two things were certain…One, I needed to be able to answer this question in a sentence as I will hear it again. And second we need to become what we consider ourselves.  So after careful deliberation, I decided that we are a remodeling company which does painting. After all painting is merely a piece of remodel project. We do all phases of remodeling which includes painting naturally. The fact that we staff both painters and remodelers is what makes us unique. Typically companies in our industry hire out some if not all of the people that work is, we however employed permanent basis. Some are painters some are carpenters a couple of us are even both, but I guarantee we have expertise and excellent workmanship to offer in everything we do. For me as an owner and offers to things as well. One is accountability, my clients knowing that is my team , my employees are doing the work for them Are assured not to get excuses. And lastly, but most importantly, It allows me to prioritize my clients to provide the best work on their jobs. The familiarity between clients and my workmen is of great value to both myself and my client is very reassuring, that the desired results will be met.
